Turkey Shepherd’s Pie

Makes 4 individual pies, or 1 large pie

2 cups cooked, chopped turkey

2 cups turkey gravy

1 cup roasted carrots

1 cup frozen green beans, defrosted

1 cup frozen peas, defrosted

2 cups mashed potatoes

Heat oven to 375.

Mix together turkey, gravy, and vegetables and place in the bottom of one large pie pan, or 4 individual gratin dishes. Top with mashed potatoes.

Bake for 45-50 minutes (30-35 minutes for individual servings) until potatoes are browned and gravy is starting to bubble.
